I created the GIFs by taking images and compositing frame animation on them via Adobe Photoshop. The cinemagraphs were made by shooting video and then freezing part of the action while looping some element. I also used some mobile apps such as Werble and Giphy Capture to add effects or capture and animate onscreen action.
