I set up lights, sound, two cameras, an iPad feed to laptop capture, and designed the set for this eight hour shoot with John Zachman, the author of the Zachman Framework for Enterprise Architecture.
I edited this into a video series for college students using Final Cut Pro X and Pro Tools.
